By accessing or using the services of Gazivuu Trampoline Complex ("Gazivuu," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing our facilities or using our services.

2. User Obligations

When using our facilities, all visitors must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff members
• Complete and sign all required waiver forms before participation
• Supervise children under their care at all times
• Wear appropriate clothing and required safety equipment
• Report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately
• Refrain from using the facilities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Respect the facility, equipment, staff, and other visitors
• Adhere to all posted rules and regulations throughout the complex

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in removal from the premises without refund.

3. Service Limitations

Gazivuu reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for safety or behavioral concerns
• Modify operating hours without prior notice
• Close specific attractions for maintenance or safety reasons
• Implement capacity restrictions as needed
• Enforce age, height, or weight restrictions on certain activities
• Require medical clearance for participants with certain health conditions

We strive to provide consistent service, but certain limitations may be imposed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gazivuu website and within our facilities, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, videos, information, and software, is the property of Gazivuu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Photography and video recording for personal, non-commercial use is permitted. However, commercial photography or recording requires prior written authorization from management.

5. Liability Limitations

Participation in trampoline and related activities involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Gazivuu is not liable for any injuries sustained during normal use of our facilities when safety guidelines are followed
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for your admission
• We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• Parents/guardians assume all responsibility for supervising children in their care

In no event shall Gazivuu be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Health and Safety

Visitors with certain health conditions, including but not limited to heart problems, back or neck injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries, should consult with a physician before participating in trampoline activities. By entering our facility, you confirm that you and any children under your supervision are physically fit to participate in the activities offered.

Gazivuu implements rigorous cleaning and safety protocols, but cannot guarantee a completely risk-free environment. Visitors assume all risks related to potential exposure to contagious illnesses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through:

1. Initial informal negotiation between the parties
2. If unresolved, mandatory mediation conducted in accordance with local laws
3. If mediation fails, binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolution

Any proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where Gazivuu operates. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Modifications to Terms

Gazivuu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10. Termination

Gazivuu reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
